Exchanges

I want my customers to be happy with their purchase and since my jewelry is made to order, I will be happy to offer an exchange or merchandize credit for orders within 21 days upon receipt. Please e-mail me at exchange@elizabethlabao.com. Shipping/Handling fee will not be refunded. Custom orders and sale items are final.

It is recommended that return shipment have tracking and insurance. I will not be responsible for lost items.

Jewlery Care/ Repair/Alterations

Metals are prone to oxidation with air, so maintain your jewelry in an airtight ziplock bag stored in a dark place. This will help prevent tarnishing and certain gemstones from undergoing natural color change. To keep delicate jewelry from tangling, keep it mounted on the display card (shipped with order) when not in use and always wear it as the last piece of your wardrobe. Use of chemicals, or solvents to restore shine is not recommended; soft cloths or jewelry polishing cloths are.

I do offer free repairs and/or alterations for pieces purchased within 60 days. After 60 days, a small materials and shipment fee apply. To request for a repair and/or alteration, please email me at repairs@elizabethlabao.com.

Jewelry

Each piece of jewelry on Elizabeth Labao Designs is handcrafted to order; therefore, please allow 2-4 days before shipment. Larger orders might require more time.

If for any reason certain pieces are back-ordered or out of stock, I will let you know about the delay. When your order is shipped, an e-mail confirmation will be sent along with a tracking number.

Elizabeth Labao Designs jewelry is created with natural gemstones. All gemstones vary in color, size and shape, so please allow slight variation with your piece.

Shipping

Packages will be shipped using US 2-3 Day Priority Mail. There is a flat $4.00 shipping/handling.

If you would like another shipment method, please email me at orders@elizabethlabao.com before placing your order.

Payment

I currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB, any derivatives of those brands through 2Checkout.com (2CO). 2CO acts as a reseller of my products/ services, allowing you to make purchases via various payment methods (much like a Department Store sells products produced by thousands of manufacturers).
